Creatify pricing in 2026, explained (what a credit actually buys).

The short answer: as of September 2026 Creatify lists a free plan with 10 credits a month, Starter at $39 a month for 100 credits, Pro at $99 a month for 300 credits, and a custom Enterprise tier. The pricing page never says what a credit buys. Creatify’s help center does: a video ad costs 5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up, so a 30-second generation is 10 credits, which is $3.90 on Starter and $3.30 on Pro. Credits last two months, revisions cost extra below Pro, and there is no refund policy. Below: the plans, the credit rates per tool, the per-ad math with regenerations counted, the API tiers, and what a finished ad really costs once you add your own hours.

Bias disclosure: we run Pinprick, an AI UGC agency, and we compete with Creatify for the same budgets. Everything here comes from Creatify’s public pricing page, help center, and developer docs, plus public reviews, each cited in the page source with the date read. Creatify can change any of it tomorrow; verify before you buy.

The plans

Four tiers on the public page. The free plan is watermarked and allows, in Creatify’s words, up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads a month from 300 AI actors. Starter removes the watermark, keeps the 300 actors, and gives one seat and 200+ templates. Pro opens 1,500 actors plus three custom avatars, up to five seats (one included), 500+ templates, and lets you buy credit packs up to 5,000 a month. Enterprise is custom and is where Creatify Studio, its own done-for-you service, lives, along with white-label, SLA, IP assignment, and a dedicated account manager. Annual billing is advertised at up to 50 percent off; the annual numbers sit behind a toggle on the page.

What a credit buys, by tool

This is the part the pricing page leaves out. The rates below are from Creatify’s help center article on credit usage, as of September 2026:

ToolCredits
Video ad, avatar video, AI shorts5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up
Revision of one of those3 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up; free on Pro and up if script, avatar, and voice are unchanged
Product video, image1 credit per image
Product video, Aurora model5 credits per 15 seconds
Product video, Veo 3 modelFlat 10 credits, 8 seconds maximum
Agent, AdClone, and other advanced toolsVariable; Creatify says it cannot be determined up front

Two things follow. First, the useful unit is the 15-second block, not the credit: every ad is a multiple of 5 credits, rounded up, so a 16-second cut costs the same as a 30-second one. Second, the agent-style tools (AdClone and the newer generation flows) are explicitly open-ended; Creatify says the cost depends on prompt complexity and the number of attempts and cannot be determined up front. That is the line behind the one-star reviews complaining of 150 to 200 credits gone on an unusable result. If you want a predictable bill, stay on the flat-rate tools.

The per-ad math, honestly

The headline per-generation number is cheap: $3.90 for a 30-second video on Starter, $3.30 on Pro. Nobody ships the first generation. A realistic path to one usable ad on Starter looks like this: two generations to get a take you like (20 credits), one revision to fix the read or a caption (6 credits), and two hook variants of the winner (20 credits). That is 46 credits, or about $18, for one ad with two hooks, and it means a 100-credit plan yields about two shipped ads a month before the allowance is gone. On Pro the same path is closer to 40 credits because unchanged-script revisions are free, and 300 credits stretches to seven or eight shipped ads. Your kill rate decides which side of those numbers you land on.

Then the clock. Credits are valid for two months, so an unused month carries once and then expires. Cancel and any balance is lost as the account drops to free. There is no refund policy, by that name, in the help center. None of this is unusual for credit software; it just means the plan you pick should match the month you will actually use, not the month you hope to.

The API tiers

The developer docs list API Starter at $99 a month for 500 credits and API Pro at $299 for 2,000, with Enterprise custom. API rates are different from the app: URL-to-video, AI avatar, AI shorts, and AI editing bill at 5 credits per 30 seconds, text to speech at 1 credit per 30 seconds, scripts at 1 credit per request, Aurora at 1 credit per second, and Ad Clone at 12 credits per 5 seconds. The public pricing page shows different credit allowances for the API plans than the docs do, so confirm with Creatify before wiring a budget to either.

What the subscription does not include

Creatify, like every self-serve tool, sells generation. The work around generation is the larger cost for most teams:

  • Scripting. URL-to-video drafts a script for you, and public reviews are consistent that it reads formulaic without a human rewrite. Someone still writes the hooks that get tested.
  • Judging takes. Someone watches every generation, decides what is usable, and pays credits to regenerate what is not. This is the hour that never shows up on a pricing page.
  • Editing. Captions, b-roll choices, pacing, music, end cards, per platform and per aspect ratio, are still decisions a person makes.
  • Compliance. Meta and TikTok AI-disclosure settings, claims review for regulated verticals, and usage rights. Creatify says you own your creatives, which is good; the disclosure and claims work is still yours.
  • Strategy. Deciding what to make next week based on what the ad account rewarded this week. The tool has no opinion.

What a finished ad really costs

A tool plus your team. Creatify at $39 to $99 a month, or Arcads at the reported $110 to $220, plus whatever your people cost per hour times the hours above. For a lean team the subscription is the small number; the hours are the bill. The upside is total control and the lowest cash outlay if those hours were free anyway, and at $3 to $4 a generation Creatify is the cheapest serious way to find out whether avatar ads work for your account at all.

Creatify Studio. Creatify sells its own done-for-you service inside the Enterprise tier. No price is published; it is a sales conversation. Worth asking about if you are already on Pro and the credits are not the problem, the hours are.

An agency. Someone else owns scripts, generation, judgment, editing, compliance, and delivery, and you pay for the outcome. Pinprick charges $0 per ad and takes a percentage of ad spend from eligible brands instead, with no subscription, no retainer, no per-ad invoices, no minimum term, unlimited paid usage rights, and finished ads back inside a week including revisions, across twelve format families rather than one. The trade is hands-on control of every take, and the model only makes sense if you are actually spending on ads. Details at /pricing.

Rule of thumb: if you have a creative team with spare hours and modest volume, Starter or Pro is a reasonable line item and a cheap experiment. If your team’s hours belong in the ad account, the cheapest subscription is still the expensive option, because the tool is the job.

Questions

How much does Creatify cost in 2026?+

As of September 2026 the pricing page lists a free plan with 10 credits a month (watermarked), Starter at $39 a month for 100 credits, Pro at $99 a month for 300 credits with options up to 5,000, and a custom Enterprise tier that includes Creatify Studio, its done-for-you service. Annual billing is advertised at up to 50 percent off. API plans are listed in the developer docs at $99 and $299 a month.

What does one Creatify credit buy?+

The pricing page does not say, but Creatify's help center does: a video ad, avatar video, or AI short costs 5 credits per 15 seconds of video, rounded up. So a 15-second ad is 5 credits, a 30-second ad is 10, and a 60-second ad is 20. Revisions cost 3 credits per 15 seconds unless you are on Pro or higher and keep the script, avatar, and voice unchanged. Agent and AdClone usage is variable and not quoted up front.

How much is a Creatify video ad per video?+

Using the help center rate, a 30-second generation is 10 credits: $3.90 on Starter ($39 for 100 credits) and $3.30 on Pro ($99 for 300 credits). That is the price of a generation, not a finished ad. If you regenerate twice to get a usable take and cut two hook variants, one shipped ad can consume 30 to 40 credits, which is $12 to $16 on Starter.

Do Creatify credits roll over or expire?+

Per the help center FAQ as of September 2026, credits are valid for two months, so one month's unused allowance carries into the next but not beyond. If you cancel, unused credits are lost when the account moves to the free plan. The refund policy is titled No Refund Policy; you can cancel any time and the plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle.

Is Creatify cheaper than Arcads?+

Per generation, yes, by a wide margin. Third-party reports from June 2026 put Arcads at $110 a month for 10 videos, about $11 each, with no free trial. Creatify's 30-second generation is $3.30 to $3.90 on the published plans. Arcads is usually chosen for take quality rather than price; if output quality forces more regenerations on Creatify, the gap narrows but rarely closes.

How does Pinprick's pricing compare?+

Different model. Pinprick charges $0 per ad and takes a single percentage of ad spend from eligible brands, with no subscription, no retainer, no per-ad invoices, no minimum term, unlimited paid usage rights, and finished ads back inside a week including revisions. It suits brands that are actively spending and want the whole job done. A tool suits teams with the hours to run it.
